  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
    To be eligible for a return/refund, the following conditions must be met:

1.1. Product Condition (aside from Jigs): The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation).
1.2. Timeframe (Aside From Jigs): You must initiate the return process within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
1.3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for return/refund due to hygiene reasons, safety concerns, legal restrictions, or production/manufacturing in general. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Polymer 80 80% frames – Gcode – DDfiles and Subscription Access – Jigs (Jigs/Fixtures are made when order is placed as we do not carry stock.) There are no refunds allowed on fixtures/Jigs.

Please note that this list may be subject to change based on product updates or legal requirements. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return/refund.

  1. Return/Refund Process

Please allow 5-10 business days from us receiving the return for the refund to be reflected in your account.
